Naked Yoga Experience - 17 maximum capacity

Click here to reserve your space:  90 min Men's Nude Yoga

$35 at 659 Yonge St. (3rd floor)

Combining flow, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and restorative partner work, this practice invites you to inhabit your body with power, presence, and ease.

This isn’t about performance; it’s about permission. Permission to explore strength and softness, activation and relaxation, self and other. In the safety of a nude men’s space, you’re invited to move, to soften, and to come home to your body.

Open to all men ready to explore the balance of effort and ease through somatic movement and conscious embodiment.

Please bring:

  • Water
  • A small towel
  • A yoga mat + a towel to place on top
  • A journal (if you like to reflect or write)
  • Anything that supports your comfort.

This is a digital-free zone.

Please leave your phone, smartwatch, and any other devices tucked away in your bag and turned off or silent along with your personal belongings for the duration of the session. This space is for you — distraction-free, fully present, and grounded.

I'm looking forward to spending time with you in this series as we move, flow, and connect.

With pleasure,

Paul Galloro

Note from Yogibare - a sober space

We invite you to help create a sober space for your practice and your fellow Yogibares by being well hydrated and abstaining from any substances for a minimum of 12 hours before class. For some, that may include high levels of caffeine, sugar, or anything that alters how you show up in a space (that isn't taken as prescribed). Consider it an experiment in becoming comfortable in your body and with yourself, just as you are. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Paul Galloro

Note de Yogibare – un espace sans substances

Important Travel Tips:

  • Book Early! July is a popular time to visit Toronto, and availability for the requested dates (July 18-21, 2025) might be limited, especially for budget options. Prices can also fluctuate.
  • Transportation: Downtown Toronto is very walkable, and its excellent public transit system (TTC - subway, streetcar, bus), Taxis, Rideshares like Uber and Lyft, as well as bicycle or scooter rentals.

Toronto is served by two main airports: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), primarily for international and many US flights, and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), mainly for regional Canadian and some US flights. Both offer convenient ways to reach downtown.

For Travellers Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ):

  • UP Express (Union Pearson Express): This is the fastest and most popular option. The UP Express train connects directly from Terminal 1 at Pearson to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just 25 minutes. Trains depart every 15-20 minutes, seven days a week.
  • Taxis and Rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc.): Taxis are readily available at designated stands outside the terminals. Ridesharing services also operate from Pearson with designated pick-up areas. Travel time can vary depending on traffic, but typically ranges from 25-45 minutes.
  • Public Transit (TTC Buses): For a more budget-friendly option, express TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) buses connect Pearson to the subway system, allowing you to reach downtown. This option will take longer than the UP Express.

For Travellers Flying into Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ):

  • Complimentary Shuttle Bus: Billy Bishop Airport offers a free shuttle bus service that connects the airport (after taking the pedestrian tunnel or short ferry ride to the mainland) directly to Union Station in downtown Toronto. Shuttles depart approximately every 15 minutes.
  • Taxis and Rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc.): Taxis are available at the mainland terminal, and ridesharing services operate from the airport as well. Due to the airport's close proximity to downtown, taxi/rideshare rides are usually very short (around 5-15 minutes).
  • Public Transit (TTC Streetcars): After crossing to the mainland (via pedestrian tunnel or ferry), you can easily access TTC streetcars (509 Harbourfront or 511 Bathurst) that connect to the subway system and various downtown locations, including Union Station.
